Slimming without diets

We have always thought that to eliminate those extra pounds is necessary to carry out a program of weight loss and starve ourselves in the attempt, but the reality is much simpler than you imagine ..., you just have to propose to break certain habits! That's right, with a few changes in your lifestyle and food you'll get that body you crave. Forget about miracle diets, extreme exercise and all other restrictions! These six tricks will help you lose weight without even realizing it.
1. Healthy and plentiful breakfast
This is one of the biggest mistakes we make who want to lose weight. According to us we do not eat breakfast because we are not hungry at that time of day, but what happens next? It's time for lunch and it seems we have not eaten in three months. We have a voracious hunger and we pack up everything we see on the table. Take care to eat a varied menu, healthy and abundant, I assure you that you will not feel that nasty hole in the stomach at 12 o'clock in the afternoon and that you will eat much lighter in your next food.
2. Eat five times a day
We are not saying that you choke five times, but that you establish three strong meals and two light meals, because it is said that this speeds up the metabolism and therefore it is easier for your body to burn calories. Also remember that your diet should be based on fruits, vegetables and foods low in fat, not fried and carbohydrates high in sugars.
3. Restrict fats
Calm down ... we do not want you to eliminate them completely, only to reduce saturated fats. In case you were not aware, the fat intake should cover between 25% and 30% of the total caloric, and of this percentage only less than 7% must come from the saturated ones.
4. Drop some refined carbohydrates
Yes, we all need energy, but complex carbohydrates, not simple ones. What we mean is to try to ingest vegetables, whole grains and legumes, and lower some white bread, pasta, sweets and cupcakes. The World Health Organization recommends consuming 55-75% of complex carbohydrates in our daily diet.
5. Avoid soft drinks
You probably are not a person who eats too much, but does take a lot of soda ... Beware, these "innocent" substances (as you call them) contain a high caloric content! A 350 ml soda can usually contains between 140 and 200 calories of sugar, equivalent to having a glass of water with four refined sugar sachets. If you cannot leave them, then try to drink the diet sodas.
6. Eat slowly
It takes 20 or 30 minutes for the message of food satisfaction to reach your brain, which is why if you eat quickly no time for the signal to be sent and consequently consume much more food than it really fits. This is not all, eating slowly also encourages complete digestion.
